Call for Workshops: https://goo.gl/forms/GoKfi37b3zwtObH13

We invite proposals from individuals whose area of study or research involves eating disorder research, treatment, or prevention (including critical media literacy and early intervention) or affiliated fields to deliver a workshop (75 or 90 minutes long) at the conference. This Call for Submissions should be considered guidance as to what potential topics may be suitable, and should not be considered exhaustive. Individuals who submit a workshop proposal are welcome to submit a separate proposal for a poster session that will be held during the conference.

Conference 2019 is framed around the theme of Radical Unlearning, providing attendees a non-judgmental, compassionate space in which to challenge norms and navigate new ideas. Encompassing equity, innovation and positive body identity, this theme calls for unlearning and unpacking negative and erroneous messaging that people have been subjected to.

Important Dates:

October 2018: Speakers will be contacted.
October 2018: Contracts will be sent.
October-November 2018: Final biography and abstract due; these will be posted on NEDIC.ca and used in the program. Signed contracts due to NEDIC.
