Booking a room by phone:
If you prefer, you may call the hotel direct to book a room on 1-800-243-5732 or 416-595-1975. Please identify yourself as part of the Nedic Conference to take advantage of the discounted group rate.
You may cancel your reservation up to 4:00pm on the day of arrival. After this time, one night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card. Please review full information on the online booking site or when booking by phone.

Chestnut Residence Accomodation
The University of Toronto Chestnut Residence has budget priced accommodation available over the conference dates. The residence is located in the same building as the Nedic Conference and is close to downtown Toronto shopping and entertainment. Please note that this is a residence, and accommodation and services do not compare with a hotel.
Information about the residence is available at http://chestnut.utoronto.ca/home/summer/. Each room is private, spacious, and has 1 or 2 beds. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with amenities. Rooms do not have TV. Housekeeping services are provided once in a seven day period. Basic toiletries will be refreshed at that time. Breakfast is served in the main floor dining room. The Residence does not offer room service and no food services are available at other times of the day. Restaurants and food markets are located nearby.
The Front Desk operates throughout the day in conjunction with a 24 hour security team. Guests are asked to arrive before 10:45pm. If this is not possible, advance arrangements can be made to have the security desk in the main lobby assist with check in.
Rate: $109.00 per room, per night plus tax. Room rate includes breakfast.

Please advise you are attending the Nedic Conference when making the booking. A valid credit card number will be required to hold the room. Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. After this time one night room and tax will be charged to your credit card.
