Personal philosophy on food/weight issues is non-dieting, weight acceptance.
Treatment description
WESAT brokers and facilitates the provision of evidence based and evidence informed assessment and treatment services for West Toronto children who have experienced sexual abuse as well as women who were childhood victims of sexual abuse. The Children's Program facilitates referrals for assessment, individual and family treatment to local children’s mental health agencies. Consultation is also available through peer supervision as well as a consultant with expertise in the treatment of Sexual Abuse. The Female Adult Survivor Program facilitates referrals and services to local service providers for individual and group counselling.

WESAT Female Adult Survivor Program provides services to women living anywhere in Toronto. WESAT Children's Program provides service to children, teens and families living in Etobicoke and the city of York only.
