Treatment descriptionMy clinical approach is integrative-Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT), holistic (Mind-Body-Brain approaches), collaborative and client-centered. Evidence-based consultations are customized to fit the specific problems, needs and strengths of each individual client.Consultations are treated with sensitivity, compassion and professionalism.

Specialized, client-tailored, Psychology and Wellness Services, professional support and consultation are offered to individuals, couples, families and groups for a wide range of psychological, emotional, behavioural, sexual and relational issues and/or goals.
Consultations can be requested on a one-time basis (or as needed) for educational/informational purposes or set up as regularly recurring sessions such as weekly or bi-monthly (based on the individual need and problem). Official receipts for insurance/tax purposes are provided.
