Appetitive conditioning in anorexia nervosa

Neural, physiological, and behavioural mechanisms

Researchers at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto are seeking participants for a study examining the neural, physiological, and behavioural correlates of reward processing in individuals with anorexia nervosa.

The study involves: 

  • 3 study visits (4-5 hours total) 
  • 1 questionnaire after 6 months 
  • interviews and assessments 
  • 2 functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) scans 

You may be eligible if you:

  • are a female 12-22 years old, and 
  • meet criteria for anorexia nervosa

If you are a study participant, you will be receive compensation for your time.
