NEDIC Online Store Policies

You may place your order in any of the following ways:

  • Fill in the secure online order form, and choose "pay by credit card" for quick processing
  • Phone us and place your order at 416-340-4156 and someone will assist you. Please have your purchase order number or credit card number ready when you call.  

Once you place your order, we will email you an order confirmation/invoice detailing your purchase.  This is your official receipt, please retain a copy.  Your receipt also includes your order number which you should provide to us should you need to make any enquiries about your order.

Please note:

Processing & Delivery - Orders are processed within five business days and sent by Canada Post regular mail. NEW! You can now request FedEx shipping when you place your order.  Choose FedEx shipping at the time you purchase your materials and an additional $25 charge will be applied for delivery to addresses within Ontario, or an additional $40 for delivery to addresses outside of Ontario.    Regardless of shipping method chosen, please ensure you allow for adequate delivery time.  Posters larger than 11" x 17" will require special handling by Canada Post and can take as long as 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Refund/Exchange Policy - Due to limited resources, NEDIC is unable to accept returns or exchanges on purchased materials.

Damaged or Lost Goods Policy - NEDIC makes every attempt to package all materials appropriately so that they will arrive in good condition. Due to the small margins of profit to ensure affordability, we are unable to assume responsibility for damaged materials or materials lost due to postal or other services. We are able to provide a 10% discount on a replacement order. Please contact us for more information.
