Creating a Comprehensive Brain Model of Body Image in Health and Disease

Have you been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa? 

Researchers at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto are seeking participants aged 18 to 40 for a study investigating how people with anorexia nervosa create an internal body image. 

The study involves: 

  • An assessment to understand your symptoms and health history
  • 2 study visits
  • 1 functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) scan 

You will be compensated for your time. 

Eligibility: 

  • Between 18 and 40 years of age
  • Previously met criteria for anorexia nervosa
  • Not taking psychiatric medication
