Description: I am recruiting women who are 18 or over interested in enrolling in a study that focuses on expressive writing, self-care practices, and body image. This is a multiphase study comprised of filling out an online questionnaire (30 minutes), completing online daily writing tasks for 8 days (10-15 minutes daily), filling out an additional online questionnaire after completion of the writing tasks (20 minutes) and 2-weeks following (20 minutes). 

Compensation: an opportunity to cultivate skills in self-care, self-reflection, and coping. In addition, you will be entered into a draw to win a 100$ money bank order. This study has been approved by the ethics committee at the University of Ottawa.
