Food Insecurity within 2S/LGBTQ+ Communities in Nova Scotia

Researchers at Mount Saint Vincent University are investigating the causes of food insecurity and barriers to support for 2SLGBTQIA+ Nova Scotians, and exploring what accessible, safe, and effective support would look like. 


You are eligible to participate if you:

  • live in Nova Scotia,
  • are a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community,
  • experience or have experienced food insecurity,
  • are 19 years old or older, and
  • understand and speak English.

Participation will involve an online or in-person interview that will take 60 to 90 minutes. All participants will be compensated for their time.
