Influence of Mental Health Stigma on Post-Secondary and Work Life

Participants needed for a study investigating mental health stigma, self-concept, and well-being among post-secondary students with mental health diagnoses


This study aims to better understand how mental health stigma and self-concept relate to academic adjustment, future career thinking, and overall well-being in emerging adults.  


Who can participate?

  • Ages 18-29 
  • Have a confirmed mental health diagnosis (e.g., eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders) from a qualified professional (e.g., psychiatrist or psychologist) 
  • Are currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution
  • Fluent in English


What's in involved?

  • Complete an online survey that takes approximately 30-50 minutes


Participants may enter a prize draw to win one of 10 $50 Amazon e-gift cards.
