Researchers at the University of Oxford are looking for women aged 16+ with a diagnosis of bulimia nervosa (BN) to help us better understand the presence and implications of ADHD in BN.
You are eligible to take part if you are:
- 16 years of age or older
- A woman
- You have a current diagnosis of bulimia nervosa
- You speak fluent English (sufficient to take part in an interview conducted in English)
We are looking for both women with BN only, women with BN and an ADHD diagnosis, and women with BN who think they might have ADHD to take part.
What will be involved?
- A short screening call with a clinical psychologist to confirm you are eligible to take part
- Filling out some online questionnaires
- An online clinical interview with a trained clinical psychologist looking at traits associated with ADHD (approximately 1-2 hours).
We cannot give an ADHD diagnosis as part of this study, but we will tell you if the clinical interview suggests that you have high traits associated with ADHD, and you will receive a full written report with recommendations.
You will receive a voucher as thanks for taking part.
