Visual perception in adolescents with history of anorexia nervosa

Researchers at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto are seeking female participants aged 11 to 19 for a study investigating brain activity and visual perception in adolescents who have previously experienced anorexia nervosa.

The study involves:

  • An assessment to understand your symptoms and health history 
  • 5 study visits 
  • 2 functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) scans 

Eligibility:

  • Women between 11 to 19 years
  • Previously met criteria for anorexia nervosa 
  • Not taking medication for anorexia nervosa, or taking the same medication and dose for a while

Compensation will be provided.
