The festive season can be a joyful time, full of time spent with loved ones and seasonal traditions. It can also be difficult, especially for folks who live with eating disorders - many traditions and gatherings revolve around food, and many of us will see family that we don't see often, who may offer unsolicited feedback about our bodies or food.
