The festive season can be a joyful time, full of time spent with loved ones and seasonal traditions. It can also be a difficult time of year, especially for folks who live with eating disorders - many traditions and gatherings revolve around food, and many of us will see family that we don't see often, who may offer unsolicited feedback about our bodies or food. 





NEDIC's 2024 holiday hours are as follows: 

December 23: 9am - 9pm (phones 9am - 5pm) 

December 24: 9am - 2pm 

December 25: closed

December 26: closed

December 27: 9am - 5pm

December 28: 12pm - 5pm

December 29: 12pm - 5pm

December 30: 9am - 9pm (phones 9am - 5pm) 

December 31: 9am - 2pm

January 1: closed

January 2: 9am - 9pm (phones 9am - 5pm) 

January 3: regular hours resume
