Hours - COVID-19 Update:
- Instant chat and the NEDIC helpline (1-866-NEDIC-20 and 416-340-4156) are available from 9am - 9pm Monday - Thursday and from 9am - 5pm on Friday. Emails will be answered during those hours. All times EST.
- NEDIC currently remains closed to walk-in clients. This is necessary as our offices are located within Toronto General Hospital. We’ll let you know when we can reopen to walk-in visits. Thanks for your understanding.
- We are working with our partners at BEAT in the UK to offer services on the weekends! On Saturday and Sunday between 1pm EST and 7pm EST, your chats will be answered by one of our colleagues at BEAT. Your data remains with NEDIC, and our goal is to offer services to the same high standard. If you have questions or feedback, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
