Instant chat and the NEDIC helpline (1-866-NEDIC-20 and 416-340-4156) are available from 9am - 9pm Monday - Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5pm. Emails will be answered during those hours. All times EST.
We are working with our partners at BEAT in the UK to offer services on the weekends! On Saturday and Sunday between 11am EST and 3:45pm EST, your chats will be answered by one of our colleagues at BEAT.
